During the day, we go sightseeing in Hakone, in the evening we go to a day-trip hot spring, and at night we refresh ourselves by enjoying videos, TV, and board games while rumbling on the tatami mats. Divide into each room and sleep comfortably, then enjoy your trip the next day and beyond.
Forest Villa Hakone is located near Gora Station, the base of Hakone sightseeing, and is very convenient for sightseeing and visiting museums.
Gora is the base of the golden route of [Hakone Yumoto⇒ Gora⇒Owakudani ⇒Lake Ashi], and there are sightseeing spots such as Gora Park and Hakone Art Museum, popular restaurants waiting for several hours on holidays, and multiple day-trip hot spring facilities, so you can fully enjoy Hakone.
Although it is close to the station, it is located in a quiet residential area in a back alley, so you can spend a calm time. Listen to the rustle of trees, the chirping of birds, and the occasional cable car running.
If you walk along the green path from Gora Station to the facility, you will be reminded of a scene from a Ghibli film.
Since there are many rooms, you can stay with peace of mind by dividing into rooms for large groups, consecutive nights, and even those with children.

In the living room + connecting room on the first floor, there is a TV where you can watch Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, etc., board games, Ghibli DVDs, and a baby bed (Playard), so you can spend a good time while relaxing on the tatami mats.
1F Japanese-style room (4.5 tatami mats)
The four-and-a-half tatami Japanese-style room can be used as a bedroom for two people. * There is no air conditioning, so please use a fan or open the windows in summer.
2nd floor Western-style room (6 tatami mats)
The Western-style room “Witch’s Room” on the 2nd floor is equipped with a TV and a double sofa bed. From the window, you can see a little of the “Daimonjiyaki”, so you can appreciate it while you are at the house on August 16 every year.
2nd floor Japanese-style room (6 tatami mats)
The Japanese-style room between the Western-style room and the adjoining room is equipped with a desk and hot carpet, and can sleep up to 3 people. * Cooling will be in the form of sharing the air conditioner in the Western-style room.
1F Kitchen
Guests can also prepare their own meals in the kitchen. We have a 2-burner IH stove, various cooking utensils, a pot, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an oven, a hot water pot, tableware, cups, cutlery, etc. Other facilities include cleaning supplies, a large trash can and a desk for light work.
Bathroom, toilet, washbasin
There is one bathroom (not a hot spring) and one toilet (with a washlet) on the 1st and 2nd floors. A washing machine, detergent, iron, etc. are also provided, and washing is also available.

Neighborhood Information
There is a natural day trip hot spring facility nearby. One of the pleasures is to go around the hot springs and take a walk. The quality of the springs is different from north to south of the cable car track, so please enjoy both.

【Recommended Restaurant】
Tamura Ginkatsutei : The famous stewed Tofu-Tonkatsu is recommended. Lunch is quite a line, but dinner is also open (until half past 19).
Western food Soun : Beef stew omelet rice is a specialty. It is also quaint in an old folk house restaurant. Tuesdays and the third Wednesday of the month are closed.
GORA BREWERY & GRILL : A DINING BAR WITH A BREWERY WHERE YOU CAN DRINK GORA CRAFT BEER. At happy hour, you can drink it at a very good price of 500 yen per cup. Please enjoy a drink after the hot spring. There is also a foot bath.
COFFEE CAMP : A stylish café where you can have a morning. How about a good cup of coffee for breakfast?

Supermarket “A Coop” is in Sengokuhara. It takes about 15 minutes by bus bound for Wetland Garden (get off at Sengoku) from the station. If you are coming via Odawara, how about sashimi of fresh local fish in “Uokuni” near Odawara Station?

【Note】
・Since it is in a back alley, the road is difficult to understand. After making your reservation, we will send you directions, so please check carefully before coming (as well as parking lots).
・Smoking is only allowed on the 2nd floor balcony. Place the cigarette butts in the butt bin.
・There are houses nearby, so please stay quiet between 21 ~ 7 o’clock. Also, parties are prohibited.
・Fireworks, open flames, smoke, and odors are prohibited.
・We do not accept pets at all.
・ Please use the futon for the number of people. For additional use, 5,000 yen will be charged per set.
・ If you forget something, we will send it to the specified address at a later date, but please bear the shipping fee.
